Following a survey carried out by Paragon Europe, results have found that 80% of clients are pleased with Paragon Europe services and accommodation offering and over 90% are pleased or neutral. The anonymous survey was conducted amongst 150 past academic staff mobility who have visited Malta from all over Europe for a professional experience including training or job shadowing.
Questions revolved around their satisfaction level with Paragon Europe services offered during their stay, if they would return to Malta and if they would recommend Paragon Europe to their colleagues. A whopping 97% would recommend Paragon Europe to their colleagues and friends with 94% of these planning to return to Malta in the coming years.
"80% positive replies is a great success for the company, these results encourage Paragon Europe not only to continue with this trend, but to improve the service offering for additional staff convenience" commented Darryl Grima, Paragon Europe General Manager. The company is now considering the provision of additional services to help staff feel more comfortable while abroad. Mr. Grima continues that "these additional services may include preparing itineraries for family members of staff who travel to Malta and would be busy working or the provision of food and laundry services even for those staying in self-catering apartments".
Having information as to how many times a year these individuals travel and the approximate durations, whether for business or leisure and their preferences for each mode of travel, now allows Paragon Europe to customise certain services based on the results and feedback received. This will in turn encourage more future visits.
Clive Cordina, Paragon Europe Internships and Mobility Manager explains that "the company has hosted over 4,500 students since its inception in 2004 and more than 550 staff in just the last three years". The company offers a holistic package including work placements or job shadowing and professional training opportunities, accommodation, English language courses and other tuition options, social and cultural tours, transport and more.
As part of its ambition to contribute to the objectives of the EU Social Agenda and the "headline targets" of the Europe 2020 Strategy, Paragon Europe intends to expand the business surrounding education and training in the years to come.
